What does "managed IT" actually include?

We monitor your network, manage your workstations and servers, handle patching and updates, maintain your firewall and antivirus, and provide remote and on-site support. Think of it as having your own IT department without the overhead of hiring one.

How fast can you respond to issues?

Remote support is typically immediate or within minutes. For on-site visits, we're based in Winter Park and serve the greater Orlando area, so most visits happen same-day. Critical issues get priority regardless of the time.

Do I need a contract or long-term commitment?

We offer monthly managed service plans with clear terms. There's no multi-year lock-in. If we're not doing a good job, you can tell us — we'd rather fix the problem than enforce a contract.

Can you help us move to the cloud?

Yes. We handle Microsoft 365 migrations — email, files, calendars, Teams. We plan the migration around your schedule, run it with minimal downtime, and provide support after the switch so your team doesn't get stuck.

What size businesses do you work with?

Most of our clients have between 5 and 100 employees. They're too big to get by without IT support, but not big enough to justify a full-time IT hire. That's the gap we fill.
